Reactive Pavement Supervisor

About the Role

The purpose of the Supervisor role within Connect Plus Services is to support the delivery of safe, efficient, and compliant construction and maintenance activities across the network. Acting as a key interface between site teams, contractors, and stakeholders, the Supervisor ensures all works are carried out in accordance with approved RAMS, site work packs, and relevant health, safety, and quality standards.

The role involves managing day-to-day site operations, overseeing permit compliance, coordinating NEC contract requirements, and supporting the Works Manager in delivering projects to program and specification. The position involves overseeing commercial, safety and quality performance of the PP 18 contract, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with subcontractors to ensure the delivery of exemplary work standards. Effective communication and meticulous recordkeeping of completed tasks are essential, facilitating feedback to the Asset team.
