Scope’s Dartford shop is seeking an experienced Shop Manager to lead a team of paid staff and volunteers at 26 High Street, Dartford. You’ll drive sales growth, foster a welcoming customer experience, and implement Scope’s values in daily operations.
You’ll recruit and develop people, manage stock and online listings, and work with the Assistant Shop Manager to ensure an efficient, inclusive shop environment dedicated to Scope’s mission for disabled people and their families.
