CNC Miller Machinist
Location: Dartford
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Pay Rate: Up to £20.00 per hour
Our established client is seeking an experienced CNC Miller Machinist to join their precision engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components
- Work from engineering drawings and specifications to tight tolerances
- Programme and edit CNC programs as required
- Carry out in-process inspection and quality checks
- Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping
- Maintain accurate production records
- Work safely and adhere to health & safety procedures at all times
- Proven experience as a CNC Miller or similar precision machining role
- Ability to set, operate, and programme CNC milling machines
- Proficient in reading engineering drawings
- Experience working to close tolerances
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Recognised engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualification desirable
