Production Supervisor

Our manufacturing Client on the outskirts of Dartford is seeking a Production Supervisor , the role is offered as a full time, permanent position. Salary: IRO £32,000 to £34,000 pa depending on industry experience

Hours:

8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week Holiday: 25 days  8 BH

Crayford Production Supervisor – the role The Production Supervisor must be goal driven and ensure that all production expectations and demands are met and ensure customer needs are achieved in an on-time manner. Responsible for daily production and planning in their area – adhere to company policies and procedures – H&S etc. Organise production team – c30 manual PCB assemblers Provide leadership and direction to the production team Good communication skills verbal and electronic (Email and Teams).

Must be able to multitask. The Production Supervisor must be able to communicate with other department heads and must ensure that all policy and procedures are being adhered to. Must be hands on and be able to support team members Training of new staff – dealing with HR related issues – absence, lateness, booking holiday etc Production Supervisor - EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Supervisory / leadership experience – ideally electronics industry Supervisory experience of a manufacturing/assembly team – 10  personnel Good level of education Computer literate
