As the Marketing Team Lead, you will take ownership of the company’s marketing strategy and execution. You will manage a small marketing team, oversee multi-channel campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across all materials. This is a hands-on role where you’ll bring creativity, structure, and leadership to elevate the brand and support commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team
Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
Oversee content creation for website, email, social media, and print
Manage brand presence and ensure consistency across all platforms
Analyse campaign performance and present insights to senior leadership
Work closely with internal departments to support product launches, events, and sales initiatives
Maintain and enhance the company’s digital footprint, including SEO and online advertising
Manage marketing budgets and external agency relationships where required
About You

Proven experience in a marketing leadership or senior marketing role
Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and brand management
Confident leading a team and driving performance
Exceptional communication, organisational, and project management skills
Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience with in construction, engineering, industrial or environmental sectors is advantageous but not
