Junior Raw Material Product Manager

About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled fresh produce or fruit focuesed Product Manager with fresh produce or fruit knowledge to take responsibility for the safety, quality and integrity of our fruit. You'll play a key role in ensuring product excellence and managing quality processes throughout production, storage and dispatch, all while driving maximising returns.

Your responsibilities:

• Oversee quality control across multiple stages of the product lifecycle, from production to dispatch
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer specifications and safety standards are met
• Drive quality improvements and optimise shelf life of fresh produce/fruit
• Complete all due diligence on suppliers ensuring compliance of raw material to customer requirements
• Work closely with the intake Quality Control team to ensure accurate rejections

What we're looking for:

• Experience in fruit or fresh produce
• Knowledge of supplier due dilligence
• Ability to speak other european languages (Not essential)
