Are you a Quality Manager from a complex manufacturing background ready to step into a true Group-level leadership position, where you will shape company-wide standards and influence senior stakeholders across the business?
This is a chance to join a trusted, multi-award-winning global leader developing innovative products for a global client base, in a role that gives you real ownership of the business management system and the quality function globally.
You will lead the Quality Department, driving compliance and continuous improvement across ISO 9001 and associated standards (including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001), supporting internal and external audits and partnering with leadership to embed best practice across the group and its subsidiaries.
In this role you will handle customer complaint resolution, KPI reporting, supplier assessment support, and quality issue containment / root cause analysis, with travel to subsidiaries as required.
This role would suit an experienced Quality leader from a complex manufacturing background looking for a position with genuine responsibility, board-level exposure, and the chance to lead a global team and elevate standards across an established organisation.
The Role:- Lead the Quality Department and manage a global Quality team
- Own and develop the business management system (ISO 9001 and associated standards)
- Lead internal/external audits, reporting, and continuous improvement activities
- Drive customer complaint resolution, KPI reporting, and quality issue RCA/containment
- Travel to group subsidiaries as required
- Experience leading quality within a complex manufacturing environment
- Ideally a background in electronics or the automotive industry
- Proven experience managing and leading ISO 9001 compliance
- Comfortable leading teams and engaging senior stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
