Sales/Lettings Negotiator – Dartford, DA1

A great opportunity for an experienced Sales and Lettings Negotiator has arisen to join a vibrant and well known Estate Agency based in Dartford, DA1. As Negotiator you will be confident in dealing with properties and clients across the range into the very top end and be involved in the whole Property Sales and lettings process from generating /carrying out viewings to negotiating and pushing deals through to their successful completion.

As Sales and Lettings Negotiator you will be undertaking some of the following duties but will not be limited to:

• Coordinating canvassing activities to generate new business
• Coordinating property valuations and listings
• Effectively marketing properties to attract potential buyers
• Matching prospective buyers to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly
• Maintaining regular contact with vendors, buyers and other relevant parties
• Dealing with financial/legal matters relating to the sales process
• Guiding vendors and buyers through the sales process from agreement of the sale to legal completion
• Contributing to the smooth running of the branch daily
• Candidates should be target-driven and have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment
• Deal with Enquiry’s on the lettings department
• Attend viewings on the lettings side
• Generate Market Appraisals
• Negotiate offers
• Register potential tenants
• Match applicants to properties

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:

• Minimum of 2 years Estate Agency experience
• Candidates should be target-driven and have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment
• Excellent communication skills and able to articulate ideas in a concise way
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• A desire to want to progress and challenge yourself continually
• Obtain a full valid UK driving licence and have a car

Monday to Thursday 9?am to 5:30?pm
Friday 9?am to 5?pm
Saturday 10?am to 3?pm
Sunday Closed

Salary range will be: £30,000pa basic + 45p per mile with an OTE of around £40,000.
