Beauty Consultant | Bluewater | Up to £30k + Commission

We are currently seeking a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Consultant to join a globally recognised luxury beauty brand s is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-led environment and enjoys delivering elevated, personalised beauty experiences.

As a Beauty Consultant, you will act as a true brand ambassador - creating memorable customer interactions through expert product knowledge, tailored consultations, and exceptional service. You'll confidently engage with clients, build lasting relationships, and play a key role in driving commercial success across fragrance collections.

This role is perfect for someone with previous luxury beauty or fragrance retail experience who is confident approaching customers, achieving sales targets, and bringing energy and enthusiasm to the shop floor.

• Deliver engaging, luxury customer experiences through confident and proactive service
• Build strong customer relationships through personalised consultations
• Support exciting product launches, in-store events, and promotional activations
• Recommend products based on customer preferences, routines, and lifestyle needs
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales and KPI targets
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and counter presentation standards
• Assist with stock replenishment and ensure the retail space remains premium at all times
• Represent the brand with professionalism, passion, and enthusiasm

• Previous experience as a Beauty Consultant or within luxury beauty/fragrance retail
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercially driven with a confident and proactive sales approach
• Passionate about beauty, fragrance, and delivering outstanding customer service
• Well-presented with the ability to thrive in a premium retail environment
• Flexible to work weekends and peak trading periods
• Salary up to £30,000 + commission
