A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated Property Valuer / Lister to join a high-performing team covering the North Kent region. This role is ideal for an ambitious estate agency professional who thrives in a customer-facing environment and enjoys securing new business while delivering outstanding service.

You’ll play a key role in driving listings, advising clients, and contributing to the success and growth of the branch.

• Basic Salary: £23,000 (plus guaranteed earnings for your first 3 months)

• Realistic Earnings: £35,000–£40,000+

• Car Allowance: £2,500 or company car

• Work Pattern: 5 days a week (2 Saturdays on, 1 off)

• Provide expert pricing and marketing advice to help clients secure the best sale price

• List properties, win instructions and maximise opportunities

• Stay up to date with local market activity and trends

• Generate new leads and drive business growth across the area

• Work closely with the branch team to match buyers to the right homes

• Support the branch by helping manage day-to-day performance and profitability

• Motivate and inspire team members, including running morning meetings when needed

• A strong relationship-builder with a proven ability to convert valuations into listings
