Benchmark Staffing Solutions is looking to speak to experienced Recruitment Consultants who are open to new opportunities within the industry and feel their current role is not providing the opportunities for career development that they are seeking. Typical examples would include a lack of training and support from the current employer, a toxic or negative working environment, false promises made in terms of desk or resources, a preference to move into a different market, or a desire to move into a more sales-focused role with greater opportunity.
Our client will consider consultants with a range of billings and track records, but non-negotiables include:
- Willingness to improve and develop
- Willingness to pick up the phone and immerse themselves in their market
- Ability to build relationships
