Vetter (part of Laing O'Rourke) is looking for someone who can bring energy into the team, push into the external market, and take ownership of opportunities from day one.

You will not just support activity. You will help influence where we go next.

• Build strong relationships with clients and consultants to unlock new opportunities
• Gather project insight and develop early‑stage opportunity plans
• Support and influence bids, proposals and presentations
• Use Salesforce to manage and track pipeline activity
• Create engaging Linked In and social content to enhance market presence
• Represent Vetter at meetings, exhibitions and industry events
• Work closely with internal teams to strengthen bid strategy and improve win rates
• Identify opportunities through market intelligence platforms
• Support PR activity, events and corporate engagement
• Produce clear, structured reports and project updates

• High energy and ambition to build a career, not just do a job
• Self‑disciplined, organised and comfortable working independently
• Quick to learn and able to operate in a fast‑moving environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confident with IT tools for reporting, presentations and bid support
• Motivated to improve, take ownership and step into greater responsibility
• Flexible approach, including regular UK travel and occasional overnight stays

• Travel across the UK to sites and offices, seeing first‑hand what you are helping to shape
