We're looking for a high-performing, customer-focused sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by uncapped earnings.

• £50,000 OTE - High achievers surpass £60k

• Settled, friendly team environment

• Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm

• Saturday: 9:00am - 6:00pm

• Sunday: Closed

• £21,000 / £24,000 / £27,000 base (depending on achieving target levels)

• New starters typically begin at £21k

• Commission paid as a percentage based on sales vs target

• Uncapped earnings potential

To excel in this role, you must bring:

• Previous Car Sales experience
• A hunger to exceed targets
• Strong customer service skills from first meet to handover
• The ability to build lasting customer relationships
• A proactive, positive attitude
• Franchise main dealer experience (advantageous)
