Competitive basic salary between £20,000 and £24,000, with higher earners reaching up to £27,000 based on sales performance
Realistic uncapped OTE of £50,000+ with potential for higher earnings
Work Monday to Saturday with a fixed day off during the week
Automotive demo hours incorporated into the working week
Quarterly sales targets aligned with previous sales performance, with higher targets for high-achieving salespeople

Duties:

Engage with customers confidently to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as a Car Sales Executive
Present and demonstrate vehicles effectively to prospective buyers
Maintain excellent customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Manage vehicle enquiries and ensure accurate records of sales activities
Support dealership processes to uphold high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive within the motor trade
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work towards targets and deadlines
Professional and customer-focused approach
Full UK driving licence
