£30,000 Basic | £60,000 OTE | Uncapped Commission

We’re recruiting for an ambitious, fast-growing organisation looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join their expanding team within the e-learning space.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional who thrives on targets, enjoys building strong client relationships and is confident converting opportunities into revenue.

• Manage and convert inbound enquiries
• Develop new and existing client relationships
• Drive sales and consistently hit targets
• Handle outbound calls and generate new opportunities
• Work closely with internal teams to maximise sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your pipeline

• 2+ years’ sales/business development experience
• Strong B2B sales and account management background
• Confident with cold calling and outbound sales
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercially driven, resilient and target-focused
• CRM experience;
  Hub Spot desirable
• Able to work full-time, office-based in Dartford
