Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

Engage proactively with customers to identify their needs and promote suitable vehicles
Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets
Present and demonstrate vehicles effectively to prospective buyers
Cultivate and maintain excellent customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Handle vehicle inquiries efficiently, ensuring accurate record-keeping of sales activities
Support dealership processes to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership-wide objectives

Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:

Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive within the motor trade
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work towards targets and adhere to deadlines
Professional, customer-focused attitude
Full UK driving licence
Motivated to achieve sales objectives and develop within a reputable dealership environment
