Areas to be covered: a) South West London to South West and b) East London to South/East Coast

Remuneration: £45,000-£55,000 basic + £75,000-£85,000 OTE

The role of the Regional Sales Manager – Garage Doors will involve:

* Regional Sales Manager position, selling and surveying a manufactured range of garage doors products for a range of domestic situations.

* 20% of your time will be based from home with 80% being on the road

* Managing 8-10 sales surveyors across the region

* Average orders circa £1,400

* Loads of leads and appointments provided by the office

* Coaching sales surveyors while accompanying on surveys, producing KPI’s and reviewing performance

* Roe will involve extensive travel through the regions

* Deliver exceptional customer service during garage door surveys, providing expert product knowledge, accurate measurements, tailored quotes, and closing sales.

* Collaborate closely with installation and closing sales teams

The ideal applicant will be a Regional Sales Manager – Garage Doors with:

* Must have experience in a field based role

* Minimum of 12-18 months field sales people management experience

* Ideally have sales experience with a made to measure product/ home improvement sector

* Ideally looking for roller door experience however would consider people from backgrounds such as windows, doors, blinds, KBB or related technical building products

* Drivers licence

* Autonomous in nature, driven with high energy – money hungry

* Strong people skills
