This is a sales-focused role for someone with the drive to build something of their own. Salary: Up to 35,000 + uncapped commission
Location: Dartford
Working pattern: Office based
- Building your own desk through proactive client engagement and new business development
- Speaking with commercial clients, understanding their needs and presenting the right solutions
- Managing your pipeline and following up on enquiries to convert new business
- Working closely with experienced handlers and executives to develop your technical knowledge
- Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance throughout
- Growing into a fully rounded commercial insurance professional over time
- At least 1 year of experience in insurance or a sales environment
- A natural communicator - confident on the phone and great with people
- Driven, ambitious and motivated by results
- Eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced, supportive environment
- Someone who builds rapport easily with clients and colleagues alike
