My client is looking for an ambitious Area Sales Manager to develop and grow business across the South, representing an innovative range of solutions including ventilation canopies, UV technology, heat recovery systems, fire suppression, pollution control and demand-based ventilation systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for a relationship-focused sales professional to join a growing business with a strong reputation and exciting plans for the future.

The Role Manage and grow sales across the South through a mix of account development and new business generation. Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, distributors and end users. Promote a portfolio of industry-leading ventilation and kitchen safety solutions. Identify new opportunities and expand market presence. Deliver excellent customer service and technical support. Monitor market trends and competitor activity. Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and sales reports.

About You Proven success in an Area Sales Manager, Business Development or Field Sales role. Driven, self-motivated and commercially focused. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Experience managing customer accounts and developing sales opportunities. Background within HVAC, ventilation, commercial catering equipment, M&E, building services or food service would be advantageous. Technical aptitude and strong commercial awareness.
