kolt recruitment are looking for a Strip Fitter to join a busy accident repair centre in Dartford. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced MET/Strip & Fit technician looking for stability and great earning potential.
Key Responsibilities- Stripping and refitting vehicle components to manufacturer standards
- Removing damaged parts safely and efficiently
- Supporting diagnostic and mechanical tasks where required
- Working closely with panel beaters, painters and estimators
- Maintaining high repair accuracy and a clean, organised workspace
- Proven experience as a strip fitter / MET technician
- Strong mechanical and electrical understanding
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- High attention to detail and consistent workmanship
- Full UK driving licence preferred
