The Class2 Cylinder driver position in Dartford is a temporary role that involves delivering gas cylinders while upholding professional standards and customer service.
Pay & BenefitsHourly rate: £18.85 (guaranteed 42.5 hours per week). Overtime and weekend rates: £28.28. London weighting bonus: £7.75 per shift. 28 days holiday per year, increasing with length of service. Performance‑based yearly bonuses available.
Responsibilities- Deliver gas cylinders safely and efficiently.
- Maintain professional customer service and adhere to client standards.
- Safely handle and store cylinders, following operational protocols.
- Perform multi‑drop deliveries of gas cylinders.
- Valid Class2 ADR licence for class2 packages.
- Valid CatC driving licence and Digi card.
- DCPC card.
- Familiarity with driving‑hours legislation and tachographs.
- Maximum 6 points or fewer on the licence; no DD or DR convictions in the last year.
- Relevant HGV experience required.
- Background DBS check required.
- Free on‑site parking.
- Provided PPE.
