ULEZ and eligibility

On October 25th 2021, the ULEZ expanded to create a single larger zone up to, but not including, the North Circular Road (A406) and South Circular Road (A205). The expanded ULEZ operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on all days of the year except for Christmas Day. If your vehicle does not meet the required emission standard to enter the ULEZ, you may be subject to a daily charge by Transport for London when delivering within the zone.

What to expect

Reserve a block. After downloading the app and setting up your account, you can search for delivery blocks. You will see expected earnings and the estimated time to complete each block. Blocks are between 1 and 4 hours long, allowing you to choose a time that suits your schedule.

Head to the delivery station. Accept your block, then follow the app to the pickup area at the designated time.

Scan each package. Use the app to scan packages as you load them into your vehicle.

Deliver and navigate. Use the app to navigate to each delivery location in the Greater London area.

Support. If you encounter any problems on the road, contact the dedicated driver support team via the Amazon Flex app for assistance.

Earnings details

Earnings estimates are based on delivering a number of packages across an estimated block. If Amazon Flex introduces blocks for scooters or other transportation modes, different rates may apply. We aim to assign a realistic number of packages per block, considering congestion and safe driving. Actual time per delivery may vary, so earnings per hour may vary.
