Freight Forwarder - European Charter Operations (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and efficiently to customer requests for charter services, delivering cost-effective and operationally efficient transport solutions.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintaining high quality standards and excellent customer service at all times.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive charter supplier database, ensuring access to a wide range of reliable and cost-effective service providers.
• Build and manage strong supplier relationships to control costs, maximise service performance, and support long-term sustainability.
• Ensure all reporting requirements are completed accurately and on time, with charter documentation processed efficiently and maintained to a high standard.
• Identify opportunities to maximise profitability while maintaining service quality and meeting customer expectations.
• Carry out accurate administrative tasks, including updating shipment statuses, obtaining and filing Proofs of Delivery (PODs), processing invoices, and preparing customer quotations.
• Monitor customer compliance with export documentation requirements to support smooth and error-free customs clearance.
