GXO is recruiting for a Senior Warehouse Colleague to join our Dartford site (Ikea) on a full-time, permanent night shift. The role runs 40 hours per week from 18:00 to 06:00 on a 4 on–4 off pattern, requiring physical tasks and strong attention to safety.
You will train new staff, oversee van area procedures, support development, cover supervision in absence, and uphold GXO health and safety policies, with an emphasis on efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
