Warehouse Operative - Counterbalance

Permanent Dartford, Kent 13.50 per hour

Looking for your next warehouse role? We're recruiting an experienced Warehouse Operative with a valid Counterbalance licence to join a busy and growing operation on a permanent basis.

You'll play a key role in keeping goods moving efficiently, safely operating a Counterbalance truck and supporting day-to-day warehouse activities in a fast-paced environment.

What's on offer?

• Permanent role
• 37.5 contracted hours per week
• Rotating shifts: 6:00am-3:00pm and 12:00pm-9:00pm
• Working 5 days out of 7, Monday to Sunday
• Reduced weekend working outside peak season
• Paid breaks and a supportive team environment

What we're looking for:

• Previous warehouse experience
• Valid Counterbalance licence and proven operating experience (essential)
• Reliable, hardworking and safety-focused attitude
