Our client are recruiting for an experienced and motivated hotel receptionist, with a positive can do attitude, for an award winning Hotel in Dartmouth, Devon.

They are now seeking a talented and enthusiastic receptionist, with good experience with the reception desk with knowledge of the ‘Opera’ booking system. The successful receptionist will be passionate about customer service and ideally have experience from a hospitality setting, within a receptionist role.

As a receptionist, your main responsibility will be ensuring guests are looked after for the duration of their stay. Excellent communication skills, organisation and a positive attitude are a must!

• Managing the booking process ensuring all relevant details are taken and the customer journey is personalised.
• Make the customers’ stay a memorable experience by providing excellent service, communication and administration.
• Answer the phone, take reservations and deal with any enquiries.
• Manage comprehensive hand over to following shift.
• Ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
• Adhoc receptionist administration duties.
