The first impression our members and visitors have of the centre is vital. We are looking for an exceptional individual to welcome everyone who walks through our doors. Success in this role requires a balance of confidence and genuine empathy to deliver outstanding customer care.

• Support the smooth running of our reception, including demonstrating attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills are essential requirements for this role.
• Be able to demonstrate competency of working in an administrative role.
• Help to create friendly, relaxing and professional environment.
• Have a good range of knowledge regarding the Leisure Centre.
• Possess good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
