Senior Care Assistant

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team at Beacon House, our welcoming 29‑bedroom residential care home. At Beacon House, our compassionate staff are at the heart of everything we do. • A minimum of 12 months' experience working in a care home.
• Experience administering medication (experience using an electronic medication system is preferred).
• Experience completing and reviewing care plans.
• The confidence and ability to lead and support a care team.
• A minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (Level 3 is preferred).
• Flexibility to work every other weekend.
• The ability to cover occasional night shifts when required.
