Overview
Part-time Administrator (Mobile Devices) – 17.5 hours per week.
Location:
BRNC Dartmouth. Role is Fixed Term until March 2027. You must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
Project Selborne is a transformation programme to modernise Royal Navy training and deliver better trained sailors to the front line faster. The role involves facilitating the distribution and administration of personal electronic devices to students at the start of their courses.
What you’ll be doing- Distribute Personal Electronic Devices and accessories to students on specified courses.
- Maintain student allocation logs for devices issued.
- Ensure student profiles are set up on the mobile device management system (JAMF).
- Set up and maintain course profiles on the mobile device system.
- Process and maintain new App requests.
- Ensure electronic and physical cleaning of devices on return from students.
- Responsible for password resets and raising issues to second line support.
- Ensure any failed devices are packaged and returned effectively to the supplier for repair.
- Essential:
Proficiency in using IT (hardware/software) within the workplace. - Strong administrator.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to gain UK SC clearance.
