Events and Club Manager

We're looking for an Events and Club Team Manager to join our vibrant team at Bayards Court in Dartmouth. In this role, you'll design and deliver a year‑round calendar of club meets and events that reflect the diverse interests of our residents – from gym sessions to social gatherings that spark connection. You'll lead and inspire a dedicated team, ensuring every experience is inclusive, engaging and aligned with regulatory standards.

It's a role for someone who loves planning, thrives on creativity and understands how meaningful moments can transform daily life.

• Plan and deliver a year‑round schedule of inclusive events
• Lead and develop the team to deliver engaging, high‑quality experiences
• Evaluate events and adapt to meet resident and stakeholder needs
• Build community links and promote events for maximum participation
• Manage relationships with residents, families and stakeholders; resolve issues promptly
• Ensure safe working practices, including risk assessments and hazard reporting
• Maintain accurate records and data for events

• Experience working with relevant client groups or in the care sector
• Supervisory or managerial experience in care or a related sector
• Proven ability to manage schedules, events, costs and teams
