The Opportunity We are seeking a meticulous Quality Engineer to oversee and elevate the production standards of our high-performance craft. In this role, you will implement quality assurance frameworks across both standard assembly and bespoke, semi-custom builds. You will work directly with production and engineering teams to ensure every vessel meets strict premium standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and audit quality management processes across the production facility.

• Conduct detailed inspections of incoming components, in-process assemblies, and finished vessels.

• Lead root-cause analysis investigations for any build non-conformances and implement corrective actions.

• Collaborate with the purchasing team to evaluate supplier quality performance.

• Maintain accurate quality documentation, technical reports, and compliance records.

What We Are Looking For

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience as a Quality Engineer within a high-end engineering, automotive, or marine environment.

• Methodology: Strong knowledge of root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement frameworks.

• Standards: Experience working with rigorous regulatory bodies or premium manufacturing certifications.

• Attributes: Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Education: Degree in engineering or a relevant technical discipline preferred.
