As a Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you will ensure accurate payroll processing across the Scotia Investments Family of Companies while supporting team leaders and responding to inquiries. Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll ensuring adherence to legislation

• Manage employee enrolments and changes in programs

• Address inquiries related to payroll and benefits

• Conduct audits and complete compliance reconciliations

• Partner with vendors and internal teams for administration

Requirements:

• Mandatory PCP designation

• Relevant degree or diploma preferred

• Familiarity with Payworks or similar platforms

• Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel

• Excellent communication and detail-oriented mindset
