As a valued team member at Sobeys, you'll support a variety of administrative tasks, from payroll functions to maintaining accurate inventory records. The role entails interaction with customers and utilizes skills in Microsoft Office, while also engaging in cross-training across different departments for enhanced service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain payroll processing and benefit functions
• Conduct food safety audits and inspections
• Manage incoming and outgoing inventory flights
• Assist with employee onboarding and training
• Ensure compliance with company standards during operations
Requirements:
• High School Diploma mandatory
• At least three months experience in administration
• Competence in office software applications
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Kronos and SAP is preferred
