In this position, you will assist across multiple areas including Human Resources and receiving processes. Your responsibilities will include executing critical administrative functions while maintaining high accuracy and customer engagement standards. Collaborate with teams and actively contribute to an efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct onboarding processes for new employees
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll and benefits administration
• Facilitate effective customer service and file maintenance
• Oversee product receiving while maintaining vendor relationships
• Assist in various inventory related tasks under supervision
Requirements:
• At least three months of administration experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Kronos
• Above-average written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and mathematical abilities
• High School Diploma
