Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls
• Greet visitors and ensure positive customer experiences

• Coordinate travel arrangements for Canadian staff

Requirements:
• Diploma in office administration or business management
• Minimum 2 years in an administrative role
• Experience in service or construction industries preferred
