We are hiring for immediate starts at this central urban location. Ideal candidates will have 2 to 3 years of experience in office administration. Your duties will include organizing office tasks, handling inquiries, and preparing invoices. A criminal record check is mandatory for all applicants.

• Receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries
• Prepare invoices and process bank deposits

Requirements:
