As an Administrative Billing Assistant, you will engage in thorough support of insurance administrative operations. You’ll need strong data entry skills and attention to detail to effectively manage customer inquiries and billing processes.
Your role will include communicating with various business areas, clarifying customer needs, and ensuring up-to-date policy information.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve sensitive customer inquiries with care
• Offer clear communication regarding inquiry resolutions
• Process billing adjustments and verify payments
• Handle wire payments and refunds efficiently
• Research policy histories to support inquiries
Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year in a clerical or administrative role
• Experience in billing or financial services is a plus
