Proposal Administrator

Position: Proposal Administrator at Englobe
Become a vital part of Englobe’s dynamic team as a Proposal Administrator, supporting projects in environment and renewable energy sectors. Collaborate on proposals, coordinate document preparation, and maintain data accuracy.

In this role, you will manage the corporate CV database and organize employee resumes, ensuring consistency with company standards. You will support Proposal Specialists in preparing RFPs, RFQs, and submissions while collaborating with various teams to gather necessary information. This position demands strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate CV and project sheet databases

• Coordinate employee resume updates and document formatting

• Assist in proposal preparation and submission packages

• Gather and maintain project-related information from staff

• Support document proofreading and quality reviews

Requirements:

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience

• Experience in proposal development and document production

• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
