Position: Experienced Civil Construction Foreman Wanted
Harbour Construction seeks an experienced Foreman to manage civil construction crews in Nova Scotia, focusing on quality, safety, and effective leadership. This role demands hands-on expertise in various civil projects.

As a Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing civil construction initiatives with a minimum of five years in supervisory positions. You will engage with activities such as underground utility installation and site development while maintaining a safe and productive site environment. Your ability to lead and develop crews is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate civil construction activities

• Plan daily workflows and resource allocation

• Monitor excavation and utility installation processes

• Lead safety meetings ensuring compliance

• Maintain documentation of project progress and safety

Requirements:

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in civil construction

• Experience with underground utilities and roadworks

• Skill in reading construction drawings

• Strong leadership and communication abilities

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
