Position: Project Coordinator at Zgemi Inc.
Join Zgemi Inc. as a Project Coordinator and lead essential construction projects. Your expertise in project administration, document control, and scheduling is vital to successful project delivery.

We are looking for two skilled Project Coordinators to support our construction efforts at Zgemi Inc. This full-time role focuses on all aspects of project management from pre-construction to closeout. You will coordinate multiple projects by ensuring organized documentation, tracking costs, and maintaining stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare documents for project startup and compliance

• Monitor site reports and maintain organized file systems

• Handle sub-trade purchase orders and change orders

• Compile weekly and monthly project reports

• Perform site visits and collect closeout documentation

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Construction Management or related field

• 3-5 years of project coordination experience

• Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools

• Valid Ontario Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
