As a Project Coordinator at Zgemi Inc., you will be involved in various phases of construction management. This full-time, permanent role requires a professional who excels in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. You will prepare documents, track costs, and ensure adherence to timelines throughout each project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize required startup documents for projects

• Maintain updated project documentation and reports

• Coordinate purchase orders and change orders for sub-contractors

• Conduct regular site visits and manage progress reports

• Prepare closeout documents to ensure project completion

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management or similar

• 3-5 years' experience in project coordination in construction

• Ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings

• Strong Microsoft Office and project management skills

• Valid Ontario Driver’s License with vehicle access
