Your responsibilities include leading estimate preparation, conducting bid reviews, and mentoring junior staff. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy through comprehensive price documentation and relevancy in the fast-evolving construction landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full estimating process and mentor junior estimators

• Interpret specifications and prepare thorough estimates

• Analyze subcontractor bids and facilitate contract negotiations

• Maintain updated pricing documentation as a resource

• Develop conceptual budgets based on available data

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of estimating experience in construction

• Extensive understanding of quantity surveying and contract types

• Strong leadership abilities and attention to detail

• Proficient in all MS Office applications

• Professional designations are advantageous
