You will assist the Site Superintendent, maintain daily logs, and facilitate communication between on-site labor and management. Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise between Site Superintendent and labor force

• Maintain daily construction logs and records

• Prepare documentation for site and head office

• Coordinate municipal and professional inspections

• Conduct physical checks on labor and submit timesheets

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering, Architecture or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

• Strong knowledge of construction practices

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Proficient in MS Office and tech-savvy
