Paving Crew Skid Steer Operator

Atlantic Road Construction & Paving seeks a dedicated Skid Steer Operator to join our paving crew. Leverage your skills in equipment operation to support our construction efforts.

Operating under the supervision of the Site Foreman, you will utilize your skid steer operation abilities to assist in milling and paving tasks. Experience in a paving crew is advantageous, and successful candidates will possess a strong understanding of construction techniques and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate equipment safety and operational condition

• Adhere to safety and regulatory practices on site

• Notify supervisors of any hazardous situations

• Carry out equipment cleaning and maintenance as necessary

• Maintain accurate operational records

Requirements:

• Required experience in skid steer operation

• Familiarity with paving crew operations preferred

• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail

• Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently

• Heavy Equipment Operator certification is an asset
