Outcape is a full-building envelope company with teams across Atlantic Canada. Operating from the experience of Atlantic Roofers, North Shore Roofing, Atlantic Meta Clad, and Hampton Building Systems, we bring roofing, cladding, glazing, steel building systems, fabrication, and service work together under one coordinated team.

This role supports commercial roofing projects through installation, repair, maintenance, and safe job-site execution.

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope of work documents to understand project requirements.
• Provide cost estimates for Roofing of industrial, commercial, and institutional buildings including all the necessary materials required in the construction process.
• Prepare and present detailed bid proposals to commercial clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with Clients, Branch Manager, Project Foremen and Crews, and other applicable stakeholders.

• 1-3 years experience in trades specialty or building envelope estimation
• Attention to detail, strong communication skills
• Knowledge in the safe use of fall protection equipment and PPE
• Travel to the site, and off-site locations will be required
