Join AGAT Laboratories as a Client Services Representative. Your focus will be on maintaining strong client communications and ensuring high standards in service delivery.
This role positions you as a key player in upholding AGAT's mission of “Service Beyond Analysis.” You will engage directly with clients, managing their expectations and providing updates on lab projects. Your ability to communicate effectively will be essential in fostering trust and satisfaction among clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate laboratory inquiries as a client liaison
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through various methods
• Ensure accurate delivery and prompt notifications
• Communicate any delays or integrity issues proactively
• Manage client project status updates effectively
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Science or relevant experience
• 3 or more years of lab or customer service experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and LIMS
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset
Support AGAT Laboratories in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring project success.
