In this vital role, you will serve as the primary contact for clients and their pets. We're looking for candidates who excel in customer service, have previous veterinary experience, and a compassionate demeanor. You’ll help ensure a welcoming environment while managing multiple tasks, including communication with medical teams and maintaining hospital cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service at the reception desk

• Greet clients and pets warmly upon arrival

• Handle emergencies with confidence and care

• Manage multi-line phone system and client inquiries

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the hospital

Requirements:

• Veterinary hospital experience preferred

• Compassionate and professional demeanor

• Strong interpersonal skills needed

• Comfortable using electronic medical records

• Fluent English skills are required
