Position at ECMM – Call Attendant
Status:
Permanent, full-time, 40 hours/week
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Candidate must have access to a reliable vehicle for after‑hours response requirements.
Responsibilities- Phone Booking – handle inbound/outbound calls to coordinate occupational testing, notate and document all call information according to SOP.
- Web Booking – action web booking requests promptly, handle outbound calls to coordinate occupational testing, notate and document.
- Troubleshooting – resolve booking issues with minimal client impact, identify and escalation priority issues using chain‑of‑command protocol.
- Customer Service – provide excellent customer service and professionalism, communicate with clients, leadership, and peers via phone/email respectfully and politely.
- Booking Accuracy – maintain accurate bookings, ensure all protocols observed, maintain low error rate.
- Continuity – maintain thorough knowledge of call center processes and adapt to changes, maintain excellent communication with internal departments for external releases.
- Attendance – reliable attendance, prompt arrival to scheduled shifts.
- Other duties as assigned by the Call Centre OPS Manager/Supervisor.
- High School diploma.
- Must be flexible to meet operational requirements; hours and weekend work vary to accommodate clients across time zones.
- Bilingualism is an asset.
- Highly motivated, self‑directed, adaptable to new and changing situations, able to cope with a high‑paced, stressful work environment.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritizing skills.
- Computer/Data Entry knowledge.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, good command of English and spelling.
- Strong interpersonal skills; tact and diplomacy when dealing with internal staff and external clients.
- Work effectively and professionally under minimal supervision, exercise good judgment.
- Must have a reliable vehicle for after‑hours response requirements.
