We are looking for a Service Advisor at our ECI Dartmouth location to support our commitment to exceptional service in commercial transportation. Your job will involve listening actively to clients’ concerns, creating precise work orders, and ensuring customers receive timely updates throughout their service experience. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills will be essential in this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and listen to their vehicle issues attentively
• Confirm warranty details and next steps in the service process
• Prepare precise labor and parts estimates for services
• Document client details and technician findings in work orders
• Provide regular updates on service progress and timelines
Requirements:
• Strong asset:
Knowledge of CDK software
• Some dealership experience is beneficial, but a positive attitude is key
• Great communication and people skills needed
• Ability to manage tasks effectively in a busy environment
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
