In this position, you'll ensure all customer interactions, including calls and emails, are handled professionally to provide top-notch service. With 2-3 years of relevant experience, you will address inquiries, verify product availability, and maintain accurate customer accounts in our CRM system. Working in a busy branch, you will collaborate with the team to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Service customer calls, emails, and orders thoroughly
• Address inquiries and adjust orders promptly
• Verify product pricing and availability for customers
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and inventory systems
• Collaborate with head office and other branches for inventory
Requirements:
• 2-3 years in a customer service role
• Strong data entry and computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
